- Place your order before 2pm Eastern and it will ship out same day!
- Tracking information will be provided via email
- We cannot change or intercept a package once it has been provided to the carrier and are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- In the event that the billing address provided does not match your address with your credit card issuer, we may require additional information and will communicate with you via phone or email.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments after we have provided them to the shipping carrier.
Shipping within the United States
We SHIP FREE to Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
We ship everywhere else in the US for just $5 or SHIP FREE when you spend over $150! .
International Shipping outside the United States
- Economy International Shipping is offered at a flat rate price of $30 and can take 7 - 45 days
- Priority International Shipping is offered at a flat rate price of $50 and can take 6-12 days
- Priority International Express Shipping is offered at a flat rate price of $80 and can take 3-5 days
No Taxes and/or Duties are calculated during the checkout process. You, the customer, are responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties during the delivery process. Requirements change often and typically vary by weight, cost of goods, origin of goods, etc
In the event that our Customer Service Team needs additional information to verify the order, they will reach out via email and may ask for a photocopy of the card used and a photo ID. Using a verified PayPal account will expedite this process.
Once the United States Postal Service (USPS) has delivered the package to your destination, it may go through the customs process and final delivery may be handled by another provider in your country (i.e. Royal Mail). Once we ship the product we will provide you with a USPS tracking information which will typically allow you to track it until it reaches Customs in your destination country. After we have shipped it, we cannot control the speed or guarantee the delivery. We do not guarantee delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. All delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your new gear!
Returns and exchanges are accepted from 7 days of when you receive your items. Purchases of discounted or sale items are final sale.
To accept a return, the items must be in unworn, unused resaleable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached. Please contact us by phone or email before shipping your return to ensure we are able to accept your return. We cannot cover or refund the cost of shipping. After we've checked out the return we will issue a refund of the merchandise cost. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping and tracking/insurance.
